Joanna Wintle

Joanna Wintle is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP Head of Global HRIS & Shared Services Hub Transformation Lead at Evotec since January 2024. Previously, Joanna held multiple leadership roles at The AA, including HR Systems Transformation Lead and Head of HR Shared Services, from June 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Dixons Carphone as Head of People Services (Interim) in early 2021, and at NATS as People Transformation Lead (Interim) and Head of People Services (Interim) from September 2018 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a senior director role at OpenText, providing oversight for Global HR Operations Excellence, as well as key positions at PAREXEL, Wyeth Europa Ltd, and Maritz. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Strategic HR from the University of Roehampton and has professional certifications from the British Psychological Society.
