Joel Hicks

Joel Hicks has extensive experience in account management and client solutions, currently serving as an Account Manager at EVOTEK since January 2020. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at Optiv Inc as a Senior Client Solutions Advisor from August 2009 to January 2020 and worked as an independent consultant following a tenure at City College of San Francisco. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec) and Actiance, Inc., as well as significant leadership roles in sales engineering at Interwise. Joel began a career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician from June 1992 to May 1997. Joel holds a BA in International Relations from The City University of New York and additional education from the University of Phoenix.
