Dowen Raynor

Dowen Raynor is a seasoned professional in the Steel Industry with extensive experience in technical services, operations management, and engineering sales. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Technical Services at EVRAZ North America since March 2019, Dowen leads the quality technology department and oversees testing lab operations.
