Diogo Borges Lima

Diogo Borges Lima is a skilled researcher and data scientist with extensive experience in computational biology and proteomics. Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie, Diogo focuses on developing algorithms for cross-linking mass spectrometry data analysis. Previously, Diogo was a Data Scientist at CeMM, where strategies for targeting "undruggable" cancer proteins were developed, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Institut Pasteur, contributing to Top-down proteomics tools. Diogo's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Structural Proteomics from FIOCRUZ, alongside a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
