Jacek Stepek

Jacek Stepek is currently a Board Member at Exalo Drilling, and has been in the drilling industry for over 20 years. Jacek started their career as a toolpusher and completion engineer with Exalo Drilling in 1997, and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an assistant rig manager in 1995 and a rig manager in 2004. In 2006, they were promoted to drilling superintendent and oversaw Exalo's overseas operations until 2012. Jacek then served on the Board of Directors for Carpathian Gas Company from 2012 to 2013 before returning to Exalo as a Board Member. Jacek has a wealth of experience in the drilling industry and is a valuable asset to the Exalo team.

Jacek Stepek's educational career began at the apsley business school in London. Jacek then studied at the uniwersytet ekonomiczny w krakowie before completing a master of science at the agh university of science and technology.
