John Mauthe

John Mauthe has over two decades of experience in the technology and audio-visual fields. Currently serving as a Precast Technician and Technology Systems Architect at Excel Engineering, Inc. since October 2013, John specializes in the design, installation, and servicing of audio and video systems as well as light control systems for various residential and commercial clients. From January 2012 to September 2015, John held the position of Technology Director at Edgewood Community Church, coordinating the church's lighting, audio, video, and computer requirements. Prior to that, John worked as a Project Manager at Advanced Audio & Video, focusing on whole home automation and audio-video systems, and gained extensive experience as the Lead Technician at American TV, where installation of home theater systems and custom-designed AV solutions was a primary responsibility. John holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and completed education at Marquette University and St. Mary Central High School.
