Zach Sageser

Zach Sageser E.I.T. is an experienced structural engineer currently employed at Excel Engineering, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this role, Zach worked as a structural engineer at Pöyry from July 2019 to December 2021 and held positions as a prefabrication designer and project estimator at Wall-tech Inc. from February 2018 to July 2019. Zach began their career as a project design engineer at Varco Pruden Buildings between April 2014 and February 2018, and gained valuable experience as an engineering intern at GHD from June 2013 to May 2014, where responsibilities included quantity checks and cost estimating. Earlier experience includes a construction management internship at Dane County Public Works and managing inspections for We Energies. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Certificate in Technical Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014.
