Robert Minster

Robert Minster is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Peer Mentor and Member at Executive Forum since September 2024. Previously, Robert was the Director and Board Secretary at Conversations to Remember from January 2024 to November 2024, and the Managing Member of Team Surety from August 2020 to October 2023, where Robert founded and led a pre-revenue startup. Notably, Robert held the position of Chief Executive Officer at International Fidelity Insurance Company from April 2000 to January 2018, overseeing significant growth and strategic direction. Robert's earlier roles include Chief Operating & Underwriting Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer at International Fidelity, as well as Regional Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and various underwriting positions at Reliance Insurance. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Drexel University.
