Patrick James

Patrick James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and aviation. As the Broker/Owner of P. Allan Investment Realty since June 2022, Patrick passionately supports clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Patrick also owns Peak Propane, providing retail propane to customers in Logan County since June 2021, and is the Founder of P. Allan Properties, focused on purchasing, renovating, and renting residential properties. Additionally, Patrick serves as a School Board Member at Calvary Christian School and has a notable aviation career, currently working as an Instructor Pilot in the Air National Guard while having held roles with Delta Air Lines and the USAF, including Assistant Director of Operations and various instructor positions. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
