Joel Ponnuswamy

Joel Ponnuswamy has over two decades of experience in technology and product management, currently serving as AVP Technology at Exela Technologies since March 2014, focusing on product management, RPA implementation, and customer engagement. Previous roles at Exela include Senior Director and Director of Technology, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Exela Data Capture and key RPA platform EON. Prior to Exela, Joel held positions at HovServices Private Limited and Lason, specializing in data capture platforms, and began a career as a software consultant at WelTech Computers. Joel Ponnuswamy holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
