Edmund D'Silva

Edmund D'Silva currently serves as the Vertical Head PAN India at Exide Industries Limited since September 2018, overseeing the execution of comprehensive HR practices across all manufacturing locations in India. Prior to this role, Edmund held the position of Cluster Head HR at Exide, managing HR functions in multiple locations. With extensive experience in human resources, Edmund has served as GM HR at Mubea, Head HR & IR at Raymond Zambaiti Ltd., Head HR at Haldex, and Manager HR at Astral Glass Pvt. Ltd. Edmund's academic qualifications include a Master's in Personnel Management, an LLB, and a Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English.
