Pravin Saraf

Pravin Saraf is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, quality management, supply chain planning, and logistics. Currently serving as Senior President at Exide Industries Limited since October 2024, Pravin previously held key positions including Head of Manufacturing, Quality, SCM Planning, and Physical Logistics at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, and President at Endurance Technology Ltd. Prior roles at Bosch included Vice President and Plant Head at the Jaipur plant, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L management and manufacturing operations for fuel injection equipment. Pravin's career at Bosch spanned from 1992 to 2018, during which various leadership roles focused on manufacturing process development, quality assurance, and new product introduction. Pravin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University, an ICWAI (Inter) degree, and an MBA in Materials Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
