Aritra Banerjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and team management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at EXL since November 2019, Aritra leads a team of web analysts focused on enhancing user engagement and revenue for a US-based retail client's eCommerce platform through business intelligence and diagnostic analyses. Previously, Aritra held the position of Senior Research Analyst at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics, where a team was directed to create analytical products for the Telecom sector and improve data engineering processes using Text Analytics. Aritra's earlier roles at Accenture involved designing analytical solutions for Digital Marketing and transitioning clients to online systems, and at Infosys, Aritra contributed to customer segmentation and data warehousing for banking clients. Aritra holds an Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology.
