Kushagra Misra

Kushagra Misra is an undergraduate student in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Intern at Lavelle Networks since June 2022, Kushagra previously held the position of Hall President at Radhakrishnan Hall of Residence, leading a council of 30 members and advocating for over 500 residents while successfully initiating events and proposals for student welfare. Additional experience includes roles as Summer Analyst at Reliance Retail and various positions at Megalith, India's largest civil engineering festival, where Kushagra contributed to planning, sponsorship, and event management. Other notable experiences encompass consulting for Pupliva Consulting on environmental impact strategies and mentoring new civil engineering students as an Executive Advisor at the Civil Engineering Society at IIT Kharagpur.
