Mandeep Khanna

Mandeep Khanna is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Assistant Vice President at EXL since December 2012. In this role, Mandeep provides strategic and financial insights to the Head of Insurance and the Executive Vice President, contributing significantly to the leadership's decision-making processes. Prior to this position, Mandeep progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President, focusing on financial planning and analysis related to sales and marketing and general administrative expenses. Mandeep holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from the University of Exeter and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Investments from Amity University and Commerce from Delhi University, alongside a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
