Vineet Ratan

Vineet Ratan is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics and risk management, currently serving as a Manager at EXL since March 2021, focusing on Credit Card Analytical solutions and Credit Risk strategy for a prominent US-based bank. Prior to their current role, Vineet held the position of Lead Assistant Manager, providing analytics solutions for the credit card division of another US-based bank. Vineet's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Analyst at American Express, specializing in collection and recovery analytics, as well as a Management Trainee at Steel Authority of India Limited, where the focus was on working capital management during the steel industry's global slowdown. Additionally, Vineet has gained diverse exposure through internships in architectural and structural design, including work at LAB architecture studio and Acon Engicon Pvt. Ltd.
