Emily McIlwain is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Exo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Emily held similar positions at GoodUnited and SmartLinx, contributing to an extensive career that began at AAP as the Customer Success Department Manager. Emily's experience includes managing teams to enhance client relationships, drive adoption, and improve retention, alongside conducting educational sessions and addressing client challenges. Earlier in Emily's career, management experience was also gained at Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado between 2000 and 2002.
