Michael Lambin

Michael Lambin is a seasoned professional in the field of biochemistry and quality control, currently serving as Senior Technical Lead and Technology and Manufacturing Lead at Exothera Nucleic Acids since April 2023. Previously, Michael held various roles at GSK from January 2011 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Head of QC Continuous Method Validation, where accountability included ensuring the validated status of QC analytical methods for vaccines in compliance with international guidelines. Michael successfully built and led a team that increased compliance with the validation master plan, achieving over 98%.
