Jay Patel

Jay Patel, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as a Project Manager at EXP since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Construction Manager at MP Engineers & Architects from October 2021 to April 2024, focusing on construction compliance for the Flushing Line improvements, along with expertise in risk management and coordinating various rehabilitation projects. Jay's career at New York City Transit spanned over three decades, during which multiple capital construction projects across bus depots, train yards, and structural infrastructure were managed. Throughout this tenure, Jay advanced from Project Engineer to Construction Manager, ultimately leading a staff of engineers in overseeing project execution from design to completion. Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Technology and Engineering, M S University of Vadodara.
