Thad's previous experience includes owning and operating their own computer repair business, working as a personal computer technician, and serving as a network administrator. Thad is highly skilled in a variety of computer and networking technologies, including server administration, Active Directory, Symantec EPM, Cisco ASA, and more. Thad is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help their clients resolve any issues they may be having.

Thad Rankaitis attended Heartland Community College before transferring to Illinois State University, where they studied computer systems networking and telecommunications.
