Donovan Armas

Donovan Armas is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty since August 2024 and previously held a similar position at LoKation® Real Estate from March 2022 to August 2024. In addition, Donovan is the CEO and Founder of Elite Sons LLC, also established in March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at 1Tech Services, LLC from June 2017 to March 2022. Donovan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Investment Management from Lynn University (2015-2017) and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Broward College (2014-2015), along with prior studies at Villanova University (2013-2014).
