Micah McMullen has over a decade of experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at eXp Realty since April 2018. In this role, Micah develops web and mobile applications on the Mendix platform, enabling company agents to apply seamlessly while enhancing internal workflows through metrics, trends, and automation within a microservices architecture. Prior experience includes a position as a Mendix Developer at ConocoPhillips and a substantial tenure at NxStage Medical, Inc., where Micah worked as a Software Developer and Business Systems Analyst, focusing on cross-departmental collaboration to improve processes and customer-facing applications. Early in the career, Micah held the role of Returns Coordinator, introducing process improvements in asset management.
