Christine Wickland

Christine Wickland is an experienced organizational development professional, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Expedia Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes leading Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management at Robinhood, where Christine developed strategies for hybrid workforce management. At Amazon, as Senior Product Manager, Christine designed products to enhance the employee experience for a large operations workforce. Prior to these roles, Christine spent over 15 years at Nordstrom in various positions focused on organizational development, change management, and leadership support. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Political Communication from the University of Washington.
