Matt Sponer

Matt Sponer is a Principal Software Engineer at Expedia Group since January 2022, focusing on the advertising platform. Previously, Matt worked at BodesWell as a Software Engineer from June 2019 until its acquisition by American Express in January 2022, where responsibilities included writing algorithms and API integrations. As a Co-Founder of Metaresolver, an AdTech company acquired by Millennial Media, Matt played a vital role from inception to acquisition from March 2012 to May 2013. Matt's career also includes a position as a "Nerd" at Churn Labs, where collaboration with Sequoia Capital led to the founding of Metaresolver, as well as founding Entelepon, a business developed from scratch, and early experience as a Software Engineer at HealthTrio. Matt holds a BA in Physics from Pitzer College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
