Catherine Heylen

Catherine Heylen is a seasoned Talent Business Partner at Experis Belgium, with a focus on the upskilling and career development of IT consultants since October 2015. Catherine's role involves creating tailored training paths, conducting regular talent coaching conversations, and collaborating with the talent management team on new development initiatives, including the launch of Experis Academy. Prior to this role, Catherine served as an IT Talent Management Consultant and IT Recruitment Consultant, where expertise in sourcing IT professionals and negotiating job offers was demonstrated. Catherine's earlier experience includes an R&D internship at BrandNewHealth and multiple marketing and communication assistant positions at Altran. Catherine holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from KU Leuven and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Mentoring and Coaching at UC Leuven-Limburg.
