Olivia Thorng

Olivia Thorng is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management and civil engineering. Currently working at Expertise France, Olivia is leading a feasibility study for the rehabilitation and extension of the Phnom Penh National Museum. Prior positions include managing projects for NOVAIR, focusing on medical oxygen generation plants in multiple countries, and serving as Project Coordinator at LBL INTERNATIONAL, overseeing significant construction projects such as the Techo Takhmao International Airport and luxury hotel developments. Previous roles include Project Civil Engineer at SUEZ, with responsibilities in modernization, rehabilitation, and design of various infrastructure projects, and roles in civil engineering at Egis and EDF. Olivia holds an engineering degree in civil engineering from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat and has extensive experience in construction management, design coordination, and technical consultancy.
