Serena Hernandez

Serena Hernandez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Hospitality Manager at Exploria Resorts since April 2016. Previous roles include Guest Service Manager at Legacy Vacation Club and Front Office Management at Embassy Suites, among others. With a career that began in 1999 at Care Plus Health Plan as Membership Services Manager, Serena has advanced through various positions, gaining comprehensive skills in guest services and front office operations. Serena holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Berkeley College-New York, completed between 1989 and 1992.
