Scott Deeter

Scott Deeter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in biotechnology, food technology, and business leadership. As the CEO and Founder of InVitria, Inc., since December 2007, Scott leads efforts in developing scalable, sustainable proteins for various clinical applications. Additionally, Scott serves as President and Founder of CuraVive and as CEO and Founding Member of ExpressTec.bio, focusing on plant-derived food ingredients and health-enhancing proteins, respectively. Previously, Scott held the role of CEO at Ventria Bioscience Inc., where innovations in recombinant proteins were made using plant-based systems. Other notable positions include a member of the Board of Directors at Iteris, Inc., CEO and Founder of CyberCrop, and VP and General Manager at Cargill. Scott holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
