Governance Team

The Governance Team at Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and oversight of the organization. This team, comprised of multiple chairpersons and the Executive Director, works to uphold the mission of promoting dignity, inclusion, and belonging for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. They focus on policy development, strategic planning, and fostering strong relationships within the community to support the organization's goals.
