Whitney Harper

Whitney Harper serves as the Senior Vice President of People at Extra Space Storage since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Previously, Whitney was Principal at Navalent, focusing on business strategy, organization architecture, and leadership capability, as well as holding the role of Global Director of HR at HVS, where responsibilities included automating HR functions and conducting over 1,000 interviews. With a strong background in education, Whitney taught more than 500 online business classes at Cornell University’s eCornell, and has delivered training programs globally. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and a certificate in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu.
