Diana Schneider

Diana Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles at ExxonMobil since July 2009, currently holding the position of Technology Solution Professional and serving as Chief Engineer for Central Europe. In this capacity, Diana leads the Field Engineering Group across the DACH and Benelux regions, coordinating on-site engineering support, aligning initiatives, and promoting best practices. Prior to ExxonMobil, Diana worked as a Sachbearbeiter at the Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle and held multiple positions at Continental, including Assistant to the Head of Human Resources and roles in research and development. Diana Schneider earned a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and completed the ExxonMobil Enterprise Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
