Jay McCloskey

Jay McCloskey is an experienced petroleum engineer currently serving as the Asset Leader at Denbury Inc. since October 2014, overseeing multiple CO2 flood projects, including Bell Creek and Grieve. Previously, Jay held various engineering roles at Occidental Petroleum Corporation from June 2011 to September 2014, focusing on production and operations across several oilfields and supervising completion designs for new drill projects. Early career experiences include internships in drilling engineering at Occidental Petroleum and facilities engineering at Petrofac Brownfield. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, awarded in 2011.
