Rachel Paez

Rachel Paez is an accomplished geoscience professional with extensive experience at ExxonMobil, where roles have included Brazil Subsurface Manager, Brazil Subsurface Supervisor, and Senior Principal in Geoscience since September 2012. Before this, Rachel served as a Senior Geologist at ExxonMobil from August 2000 to May 2011, focusing on resource risking and assessment across various projects in exploration and production. Earlier in their career, Rachel gained experience as a Geologist during a summer internship at EuroNevada Mining Company in 1998. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Geology from Michigan State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
