Spencer Anderson

Spencer Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the corporate and military sectors. Currently serving in a Global Projects role at ExxonMobil since August 2019, Anderson previously held various leadership positions in the US Army from 2005 to 2019, including Aviation Colonels Human Resource Manager, Battalion Commander of the 5th Aviation Battalion, and Director of Logistics. Additional roles encompassed Battalion Operations Officer for the 1-228th Aviation Regiment and Brigade S4 for the 205th Infantry Brigade. Anderson's military service is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
