Beruk Demssie is an accomplished professional with experience in risk management, finance, entrepreneurship, and technology. Currently serving as an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant at EY, Beruk strategically assesses risks in client processes and develops automation solutions in collaboration with engineering teams. Previous experience includes a Global Finance & Business Management Internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Beruk improved document classification and data accuracy. As an Entrepreneurship Associate with the Black Venture Capital Consortium, valuable training in investment analysis was gained. Additionally, Beruk has served as an Edge Fellow with SEO, focusing on technology in the wealth management sector, and is actively involved as an Alumni Advisor and Lead Content Creator for the Collegiate Financial Management Association. Early roles include program coordination and media instruction for the City of Takoma Park, as well as participation in a development program as an HP Summer Scholar.
