Chris Estes

Chris Estes is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Director & Technology Leader for the US Public Sector at Ernst & Young since 2018, Chris focuses on US strategy and enhancing technology capabilities for State and Local clients. Prior roles include Director at PwC, Secretary and State Chief Information Officer for North Carolina, and leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Dell EMC, BearingPoint, IBM, and Deluxe. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mercer University and pursued further education at Yale University in 2007.
