Jim Kenny

Jim Kenny is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as an Executive in Residence at EY since August 2022. Previously, Jim held significant leadership roles at Guardian Life as Chief Claim Officer, Head of Business Transformation and Dental Network, where strategic transformation initiatives were implemented to enhance operational functions. At MetLife, Jim's roles included Global Chief Claims Officer and COO of US Group Operations, leading the global design and execution of claims services and overseeing major technology and operational transformations. Jim possesses a strong educational background with a B.A. and B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems and Management Information Systems from Iona University, as well as an Advanced Management Degree from Harvard Business School.
