Mahak Middha

Mahak Middha is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at EY since July 2022, Mahak focuses on full-cycle recruitment and aligning talent acquisition with business needs. Previously, Mahak held the HR Manager position at J P Chawla & Co. LLP and The Morpheus Group, overseeing comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additional experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources at FINMEN ADVISORS and prior roles further enhanced expertise in recruitment and training. Mahak holds an MBA in HR from ICFAI University and a BTech in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University.
