Oluchi Ikechi-D'Amico currently serves as a Women's Committee Member at the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore and operates as a Partner in Strategy & Transactions Capital Markets within APAC at EY, where a focus is placed on innovative strategy development for clients. As the Founder of Fully Bossed, Oluchi leverages a passion for career advancement through coaching on essential soft skills. Oluchi also contributes to the London Board of Business in the Community and previously served on the London Advisory Committee for Show Racism the Red Card. With a substantial background at Accenture as Managing Director and Head of Business Restructuring & Innovation, Oluchi has extensive experience guiding C-Suite clients in Capital Markets strategy.
