Raymond Gates

Raymond Gates (MSc) is an experienced manager with a strong background in operational excellence and process optimization, currently holding a managerial position at EY since December 2024 and at Deloitte from August 2022 to November 2024. Previously, Raymond co-owned and operated TG Group and Vinaio, where quality wine from Italy was imported and sold directly to consumers. Prior roles include risk controller at WonenBreburg and various consulting positions at Deloitte, complemented by experience in client management and customer service at Woonbedrijf. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Strategy and Innovation from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences, along with a solid foundation in hospitality management.
