Thomas Pocorobba Jr.

Thomas Pocorobba Jr., CSM, CSPO, currently serves as a Manager at EY since October 2024. Prior experience includes directing operations at Dignari, LLC from September 2020 to October 2024, where Thomas managed a senior portfolio for a leading Woman Owned Small Business, overseeing over 100 personnel and multiple contracts worth over $18 million for Customs and Border Protection. Previously, Thomas held various roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from July 2016 to September 2020, culminating in the position of Acting Director for the DHS Joint Task Force- Investigations, where coordination of national-level investigations took place. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Chief for Law Enforcement Operations at the United States Border Patrol from August 1995 to July 2016, with responsibilities spanning intelligence, policy, and operational oversight. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, among other advanced certifications and degrees.
