Bhaktha Keshavachar is the co-founder and CTO of Ezetap, a mobile payment solution company based in Bangalore, India. Keshavachar started Ezetap from scratch, raised angel and three rounds of institutional funding, and grew the company to what it is today.
Under Keshavachar's leadership, Ezetap developed a world-class product that enables merchants and individuals to accept many forms of payments, including cards, wallets, and cheques. The product is entirely developed, manufactured, and deployed by Ezetap in India and abroad. In addition to enabling payments, Ezetap's product also provides a rich set of services that reduces friction for merchants and increases the value of transactions for both merchants and consumers.
As CTO, Keshavachar led the architecture and development of Ezetap's flagship mobile payment product, which involved hardware design, mechanical design, firmware development, mobile app development, and server application development. The product has been deployed with several marquee customers and bank partners inside and outside India, and has achieved various certifications, including PCI-DSS, EMV-L1, EMV-L2, PCI-PTS 3.1, ADVT, TIP, AEIPS, and TQM.
Bhaktha Keshavachar has a MS in Wireless Communication and Computer Architecture from Arizona State University. Bhaktha also attended St. Joesph's College.
