Marja Mikkilä

Marja Mikkilä is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in leading sales teams across various segments. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Development - Global at F-Secure Corporation, Marja is focused on launching Inside Sales operations for Partner Business and expanding into new verticals such as Banking, Insurance, and Fintech. Prior to F-Secure, Marja spent over 12 years at FedEx in various managerial roles, including Inside Sales Manager for the Nordics, Sweden, and Finland, where Marja drove significant growth and developed customer value propositions for SMEs. Marja's earlier experience includes the role of District Sales Manager in Finland and positions focused on account management and new business development. Marja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and is a graduate of the FedEx Leadership Academy.
