The Training and Instruction Team at F3EA, Inc. is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering specialized training programs that enhance the readiness and operational capabilities of U.S. Government customers, particularly within the Special Operations and Intelligence communities. This includes conducting Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises (EDREs) and Joint Full Mission Profile (FMP) exercises, along with specialized instruction in areas such as underwater egress, air traffic control, water survival, and tactical simulations. The team's expertise ensures realistic, high-quality training experiences that meet the complex requirements of Joint Forces Commanders both domestically and globally.
