Ashton Hallan

Ashton Hallan is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in recruitment and teaching. Currently at Fabletics since May 2021, Ashton manages the entire recruitment process, develops diverse candidate networks, and collaborates on strategic projects within the Global People Team. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiter at LHH, where Ashton partnered with clients to identify hiring needs and implement targeted recruiting strategies, and as a Math Teacher at Cave Creek Unified School District from July 2014 to July 2018, where Ashton effectively managed a large student body while focusing on innovative teaching practices and mentorship. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
