Andrew Rodgers

Andrew Rodgers is an experienced Director of User Experience & Design Operations at Facing History & Ourselves since April 2024. Concurrently, Andrew serves as a volunteer with Triangle UXPA, focusing on community, mentorship, and student engagement, where Andrew has successfully streamlined team operations and enhanced communication through innovative use of Slack. Previously, Andrew held the position of Design Operations Lead at Ardley, significantly improving design efficiency and user engagement. Andrew’s career also includes notable roles at Velir, where Andrew co-founded a design system and revamped UX models, and Weber Shandwick, where Andrew established new CMS capabilities. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY New Paltz.
