Kaylyn Tolzmann

Kaylyn Tolzmann is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food industry and supply chain management. Currently serving as COO and Co-MD for Europe at Factor_, Kaylyn has been pivotal in driving strategic expansion, sourcing, procurement, product validation, and food manufacturing engineering since July 2021. Prior to Factor_, Kaylyn held multiple key positions at HelloFresh, including Associate Director of Operations & New Ventures, where significant contributions were made during the Factor75 acquisition, as well as launching innovative operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kaylyn began professional career at Target, progressing through various roles in supply chain special projects and business analysis. Kaylyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, specializing in Marketing and Finance.
