Joana Marie Oliveros-Dizon

Joana Marie Oliveros-Dizon, CLDP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Learning & Development for the Asia Pacific Region at FactSet, a position held since August 2011. Prior to this role, Joana was a Senior Learning & Development Manager at JG Summit Holdings Inc. from March 2008 to January 2011, focusing on learning and development programs, organization development projects, and recruitment for corporate units. Additional experience includes managing learning and development initiatives across multiple business units at JG Summit Holdings Inc. and serving as Manager of Training and Development at Universal Robina Corporation. Joana's career began as a Management Trainee in 2003, gaining experience across various divisions. Joana earned a BA in Social Sciences with a major in Economics and Political Science from the University of the Philippines Baguio.
