Neeraj Ramadoss has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as an Associate Operations Manager at FactSet since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 120+ associates, ensuring performance excellence through productivity and compliance metrics, and implementing process improvements such as automating reports to save manhours. Possessing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Neeraj excels in capacity planning, performance evaluations, and has successfully led initiatives that reduced overtime hours during the Work from Home period. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies and operational risk management at ING Vysya Bank during a summer internship.
