Paula A.

Paula A. is an experienced professional in the field of clinical operations and research, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operations at FAES FARMA since May 2017. Paula has held multiple roles within the R&D+i Department, including Clinical Operations Responsible and Clinical Research Scientist. Prior experience includes a position as CRA/Site Manager at PRA Health Sciences for Janssen-Cilag and a Site Manager Trainee at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Academic credentials include a Biology Degree from Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad del País Vasco, along with several master’s degrees in Clinical Trials and Project Management, and ongoing studies in Teamwork and Leadership at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Paula also completed a final degree project on the genotoxic effects of antihypertensive drugs at the University of Basque Country.
